Are you precise, customer-friendly, stress-resistant, and capable of efficiently executing and organizing construction finishing work? Then you might be the person we’re looking for to strengthen our construction team.

Cleanroom Combination Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled site manager. As such, you are an essential link within our company. You ensure that our clients’ cleanrooms are delivered to perfection, with visible quality even during the construction process. You will be the primary contact on-site, not only for our clients but also for our employees, temporary workers, and subcontractors. You truly represent our company!

In summary: we are looking for a proactive person with a customer-oriented, practical, honest, and flexible attitude who can manage a construction team and subcontractors.

As a site manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and executing our projects on-site
  • Coordinating tasks in consultation with the project manager, client, co-contractors, and subcontractors
  • Operational management of construction site staff (both in-house personnel and subcontracted workers)
  • Monitoring the project schedule and ensuring adherence
  • Managing on-site inventory and tools
  • Ensuring the quality of the work

Typical tasks include:

  • Preparing, operationally directing, and (co-)executing installation work as per work instructions
  • Setting layout lines for ceilings, walls, and/or floors, and carrying out (more complex) installation work on-site as per instructions
  • Managing in-house staff, temporary workers, freelancers, and/or subcontractors on-site
  • Organizing and independently managing projects

Who are you:

  • You have a minimum of MBO 3-level education or experience in technical, construction, or installation work
  • You are passionate about your work
