Experienced finishing carpenter / interior builder (37.5 hours)
Cleanroom Combination Group BV (CCG) is immediately looking for an enthusiastic and skilled finishing carpenter / interior builder for the position foreman / Service & Maintenance executor. In the position foreman/executive Service & Maintenance (S&M) you are an indispensable link between our company and our customers. You ensure that the cleanrooms of our customers throughout the Netherlands are always in the best condition.
Who are we looking for?
Are you a professional in the field of interior and/or finishing, accurate, customer-friendly, stress-resistant? And are you willing to work occasionally on weekends or in the evenings? Then you may be the one we are looking for to strengthen our Service & Maintenance department!
In short, we are looking for a go-getter with an eye for quality, who makes easy contact with customers and colleagues and has a customer-oriented, practical, honest and flexible attitude.
You have the following responsibilities:
As a S&M foreman/executor you are responsible for, among other things, maintenance inspections, repair work and small to medium-sized construction and renovation work on cleanrooms.
This means that you:
- Carry out inspections and maintenance in operational cleanrooms in, for example, healthcare or pharmacy;
- Provide advice to customers on possible improvements to existing cleanrooms;
- Carry out and/or manages small to medium-sized renovations or realize new cleanrooms.
You have:
- Passion for your profession and several years of experience in a similar position in the construction, finishing or installation technology sector;
- The ability to independently tackle problems and manage others.
