High-risk facilities such as BSL3 and ML3 laboratories are equipped with decontamination sluices (MAL). The valves are made of stainless steel, have gas-tight doors and are suitable for disinfection with e.g. hydrogen peroxide (VHP). The gas-tight doors are supplied with interlock; optionally a control box including PLC control is available, allowing the doors to function completely stand-alone.
