For WILVO in Bergeijk, CCG has designed, constructed, and validated an ISO Class 6 cleanroom in a very short timeframe.
In creating the cleanroom for WILVO, careful selection was made of high-quality materials, products, and services to meet the highest standards. Sandwich wall panels were used for optimal insulation and a sleek finish. Additionally, cleanroom rapid-roll doors were installed to maintain air quality and enhance efficiency. The cleanroom ceiling features an air handling system with integrated LED fixtures, ensuring optimal lighting and air circulation. The floor is finished with a durable cast floor that is easy to clean and meets hygienic requirements. The project was designed and executed integrally, with the validation of the fast-track cleanroom project carried out with the utmost precision to ensure adherence to quality standards.
